Installation
In addition to their strong technical skills, our rodbusters have two priorities, work safely and stay on schedule!
Our Team effectively installs Rebar, Post Tension and Stud Rails BUT we also understand it takes more than just knowing how.
It also requires:
Showing up to the meetings
Understanding the milestones of the schedule
Adherence to Owner and GC Safety protocols
Proper Management of crew's time and ability
Treat others as you would have them treat you
Notice of missing or faulty materials
Maintaining clean work area
Adapting with the changes & communicating concerns before becoming costly project impacts

Project Management
American Blue Star's team has over 3 generations of supply and install experience which affords us the ability to provide a PM service unlike any other service of our leading competitors.
Examples of these services include:
Communicating with the fabricator/ detailer and GC on timely delivery schedules and material needs.
Submittal Review - Help to identify any concerns for placing of material for the rodbuster AND concrete form work or placer.
Value Engineering
Detailing - If requested, can provide direction for detailer such as RFI requests, release of materials and field applications.
Document Control - Adherence to dailys and JHA's as well as proper tracking of quantities to help quantify monthly billings and final closeout.
Plan review of Delta's or revisions that affect detailing and fabrication.
